Crane crashes at Upper Arlington community center construction site
UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio (WCMH) — A crane at an Upper Arlington community center construction site fell Monday, crushing a car.
According to an Upper Arlington spokesperson, a smaller crane being used to dismantle the larger construction crane at the site of the future Bob Crane Community Center fell onto a car in the parking lot, severely damaging the back end.

The operator of the crane was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, the spokesperson said. No other injuries were reported.
The Bob Crane Community Center, located at 3200 Tremont Road, is set to open in the spring of 2025.
The cause of the crane crash is under investigation.
