Snake spotted in Manhattan, corralled by officer: NYPD

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police wrangled in a snake that was seen crossing the street in Manhattan on Sunday morning, according to officials.

The sneak was seen near Washington Street and West 12th Street in Manhattan, according to police. In a post on social media, the NYPD said an officer corralled the snake and took it to the nearest Animal Care Centers of New York City.

PIX11 reached out to NYCACC but did not immediately receive a response.
