Violence at children’s sport should be as socially unacceptable as smoking in a restaurant, Premier Roger Cook has said ahead of a meeting between two of his ministers and the bosses of WA sporting codes.

Sport Minister David Templeman and Communities Minister Sabine Winton will on Wednesday meet with executives from codes such as football, soccer, basketball and rugby after fights erupted between parents at junior games in Perth over the last couple of weeks.
