A City of Swan resident has been banned from owning a dog for a decade and ordered to pay $95,000 in fines after 82 dogs were seized and rehomed following a local council investigation.
The resident faced Midland Magistrates Court in June after a probe into potential planning and animal laws uncovered 82 dogs at a home in October 2022.
