Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Zombies Gets a Brand New Season 2 Reloaded Trailer Showcasing all Manner of New Content
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies officially enters a new era. A new trailer teases the brand-new Season 2 Reloaded update, which was anticipated by the fanbase for a while.
Activision calls the update “bigger, badder, and undead-er”, just like how Modern Warfare Zombies players were expecting. The new game content is free for everyone, dropping on March 6. Modern Warfare 3 has done pretty well since its release, and now it’s scaling up the action.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies Levels Up with Season 2 Reloaded
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is one of the most solid multiplayer environments on console and PC. Activision achieves that with constant game updates, events, seasons, and new cosmetics. Though the multiplayer mode is accepted as the core game, the developers never let down Zombies fans either. The Season 2 Reloaded update is promising a bunch of new challenges and new game content, including new cosmetics, Aether Rifts, a Warlord boss, and so much more.
The good news was shared on X, with a 40-second teaser trailer. The video is a look at the new chaotic Modern Warfare 3: Zombies environment and mentions that the release is only two days away.
The post immediately started getting positive reactions from the fanbase, with everyone hoping to see a sophisticated game this time. Activision usually doesn’t prefer to tell everything about Call of Duty‘s season updates, we usually see the changes after the patch notes get released.
By making the season updates free, Activision sells more cosmetics and chooses to make a profit this way. Fairly, the studio works with talented designers who constantly bring new cosmetics. While the game isn’t free-to-play, it’s appreciated that the updates are provided at no extra cost. Most AAA online games are released with that pricing policy, and everyone goes happily home.
Activision is Scaling Up the Modern Warfare Zombies Mania
It’s hard to believe, but Modern Warfare 3 was released five months ago. We saw a bunch of different releases of Call of Duty’s online mania in the past few years. Activision prefers to level up the experience by making a new game and adding new content to it. Considering 2020’s Cold War is still one of the most actively played games, there are at least a few years with updated support for Modern Warfare.
It’s worth reminding you that Call of Duty updates are known for their incredible size. If you’re playing on a console, putting it in rest mode instead of power off could be a good idea. The same also works on PC, after a quick visit to the client’s settings, you can set it to automatically download the upcoming patch.
The Zombies mode has been the favorite of millions of players since its very first appearance on Call of Duty games.
