This Is Fine Meme Becoming An Old-School Platformer

The creator of the comic that spawned the “This is Fine” meme is making a video game based on it. KC Green, who created the “Gunshow” comic, has announced a partnership with Numskull Games to make a “classic, old-school platformer” where the dog from the meme, Question Hound, dives into his subconscious to fight his inner demons. The game is called This is Fine: Maximum Cope.

Question Hound will do battle against creatures that “feed off of the fear and anxiety of every day living.” Question Hound is no longer putting up with it, and neither should you, KC Green said.

“Run, jump, and use your new skills to explore Question Hound’s crowded mind and help him knock back the nasties!” reads a line from the game’s description. “Help him keep the waves of depression at bay! And shine a light on his darkest fears! Maybe we all might learn some kind of coping skills along the way? Or at least have a rad game to enjoy for a brief respite.”

KC Green and Numskull are launching a Kickstarter campaign to fund the untitled Question Hound game. The campaign goes live on September 26.
