How to Get Stimulants in Starfield?

You need to get Performance Enhancement 1 at a Research Laboratory before you can start crafting your own stimulants. As you progress in the game and continue upgrading your Research Laboratory, you’ll be able to craft more potent stimulants. Research various topics, and you’ll be able to generate stimulants at the Pharmaceutical Lab.

Besides crafting your own, you can pick stimulants from dead bodies, or you can pickpocket them from NPCs. There are also stimulants available at various vendors, so look for them. However, use them only when necessary, as you can get addicted to them.
