After Harada’s Wishes of Colonel Sanders, Here are 5 Guest Characters We’re Dying to See in Tekken 8
Although longtime Tekken boss Katsuhiro Harada’s efforts to include KFC’s Colonel Sanders as a guest fighter in the series were unsuccessful, fans still continue to push the idea. This isn’t new to the franchise, as many characters have guest-starred before, including Negan Smith, Geese Howard, and Noctis Lucis Caelum.
Bandai Namco Studios’ latest addition, Tekken 8, has been out for months, but no guest fighters have been announced yet. So, which characters could we possibly want to see in the game? Of course, this may vary from person to person, but here are 5 guest characters we’re dying to see in Tekken 8!
5. Walter White (Heisenberg)
If Tekken 8 is going to have a guest fighter, Walter White from Breaking Bad should definitely be at the top of the list. As one of the most iconic characters in TV history, White is a talented chemist.
While teaching chemistry at a high school in Albuquerque, he was diagnosed with lung cancer and began making and selling meth with his former student, Jesse Pinkman, in order to leave a living for his family after his death.
However, as he gains a reputation and makes big money in the business, he becomes ruthless and insensitive. By the end of the series, even his family calls him a monster. He would have no difficulty adapting to the nature of the game and would be easily accepted by the players.
4. Trevor Philips
Trevor Philips plays a massive role in GTA 5 becoming one of the best-selling games in history. He is far more unstable than Michael and Franklin and leads a very strange lifestyle.
He is a former bank robber, just like Michael, and runs his own organization, Trevor Philips Enterprises. He also has excellent flying skills and is often seen piloting airplanes and helicopters throughout the story.
Trevor, who is never far from trouble and isn’t afraid to kill when necessary, would definitely be a threat to others if he were a guest fighter in Tekken 8.
3. Kratos
Kratos, one of the most iconic characters in the gaming industry, is a perfect candidate for a game like Tekken 8. His most prominent traits are his determination, strength, and unrelenting anger. Additionally, he is extremely dominant against his enemies thanks to his large and muscular physique.
Kratos killed his own family due to the manipulations of Ares, the Olympian God of War. However, after this incident, his life was turned upside down, and he sought revenge by brutally killing his former mentor, Ares. His tragic past continues to haunt him, never allowing him to find peace.
2. Joker
If your thoughts about the DC universe have changed since Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League‘s disaster, Joker will help you put things right. The current Joker: Folie à Deux movie makes such a crossover quite plausible.
Joker, Batman’s archenemy, has an unstable personality like Trevor Philips and has become famous in the dark world due to the crimes he has committed. In short, he is a psychopath, a narcissist, and also enjoys dominating his enemies with his strange jokes.
1. Tyler Durden
If you still remember the first rule of Fight Club, then you’ve definitely made Tyler Durden proud. As one of the most iconic movie characters of all time, he would be a perfect fit for Tekken 8.
To be honest, he seems like the most challenging character on this list to include as a guest fighter in the game, but as Fight Club‘s students, we know losing all hope was freedom.
So, what do you think about Tekken 8? Which characters should you include in your game? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
