Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero – How to Vanish and Teleport Without Instant Transmission
More than landing blows on an opponent, Sparking Zero is about speed and agility. In the following guide, we will see how to vanish during a fight without using the infamous Instant Transmission, a technique first introduced by Goku in the franchise.
Vanishing can always come in handy during the battles, especially when an opponent is kind of dominating us. Using this move will put us at advantage and we can actually turn tables in the game when done correctly.
What is Instant Transmission?
Instant Transmission is a technique that is basically used to travel a long distance instantly. In the original anime, we saw Goku learning that from the residents of Planet Yardrat after the battle of Namek.
Tip
Try standing close to the opponent to vanish and appear behind them.
There is no need for this technique while playing Sparking Zero, as we aren’t really travelling to another planet but inside the arena during a battle. But then it is one of the most interesting features in Budokai Tenkaichi games too.
Interestingly, as we are not using that for long distances, it is something that is not exclusive to Goku. Basically everyone can do it in video games, especially in Sparking Zero. We will now take a look at how to do that.
How to Vanish During a Fight in Sparking Zero?
Performing a vanishing move is pretty simple in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. What the users need to do is simply use a combination of buttons. That would be pushing an X and then an A on an Xbox controller or holding down square and then pushing X on a PlayStation controller.
The users will see their character vanishing instantly from the place he or she is standing and appearing a few steps ahead. But make sure to do that when you are close to the opponent, as that is the only way to appear behind them to gain the upper hand.
Remember, performing a vanishing move won’t prove to be fruitful if you just wait for the opponent to turn. Try to keep that Ki at full, as you’ll lose one bar doing that and use a major attack that drains a couple or three bars from it.
And don’t try to do this while you are trying to dodge Ultimate Attacks in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. In case you are looking to keep up the fight head-on, use sonic sway to keep things interesting.
How are you using the vanishing moves in the game? We would like to know about them in the comments section below.
