Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Launch, File Size & PC Requirements
It’s finally launch week for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6!
Get ready for the action. We have the launch times and massive file sizes we are now accustomed to with Call of Duty games. Players who have pre-ordered the game or subscribed to select Game Pass plans can now pre-load Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which gives them a few days to download and install the game so they are ready for launch.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches on Friday, 25 October for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Black Ops 6 File Size
The current file size for Black Ops 6 is approximately 102GB, based on the official PC system requirements that specify the recommended storage space. However, as we know the file sizes for console versions will vary across the different platforms.
When Black Ops 6 launches, it will replace Modern Warfare III, making Black Ops 6 and Warzone the primary Game Tiles on the Home tab. Players will be able to instantly access Black Ops 6 and cross-launch into Call of Duty: Warzone.
Players who wish to continue playing Modern Warfare III can access it via cross-launch on the All Games tab or the Last Played Tile if that’s the content you’ve played most recently.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 PC System Requirements
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 can be played on the lowest settings with either an NVIDIA GTX 960, an AMD Radeon RX 470, or an Intel Arc A580. For the ultimate 4K gaming experience, you’ll need an RTX 4070, an AMD Radeon RX 6800XT, or an RTX 3080.
If you have the right specs, all we can hope for is a smooth launch.
