Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

Assault rifles are some of the most effective, fast, and high-damage weapons within the experience of this new Call of Duty. Many of the rifles in this category are already part of the Black Ops 6 meta in various loadouts.

Many have already named rifles like the XM4 or the AS Val as extremely powerful. There are even already several players who are complaining, asking the studio to adjust these weapons and balance them a little more.

However, achieving the ideal loadout with an AR can be quite challenging. These are three of the best assault rifle loadouts in Black Ops 6.

The Best Loadout With the XM4 in Black Ops 6

The XM4 in Black Ops 6 meta of the multiplayer mode.
The XM4 can have a Black Ops 6 meta loadout with the right equipment.

This assault rifle is the one that players will have by default as soon as they start the multiplayer mode of Black Ops 6. Despite this, it has quickly emerged as one of the best and most reliable assault rifles in the game.

Among the characteristics that stand out about this Call of Duty assault rifle is that it has spectacular accuracy and very solid handling.

Even though its firepower is not that remarkable, it is more than enough to kill an enemy with very few bullets. The XM4 has average mobility that does not stand out but that can be compensated with the correct attachments. In particular, this loadout aims to strike a balance between speed and avoiding range limitations.

That is why it can be used on any map, be it small, medium, or large. You will need the following attachments for this weapon: a compensator for the muzzle, which will reduce your vertical recoil.

Tip

The XM4 may be the default AR but has great base handling and movement.

Another attachment that will improve your accuracy will be the marksman foregrip for under the barrel; with this attachment, if you wish, you can hold your breath to aim better.

To enhance your handling in this situation, utilize the Commando grip for the rear grip. This attachment will significantly enhance your handling skills while also improving your sprint-to-fire time and increasing your shooting speed.

Another attachment that will enhance the XM4’s effectiveness and align with the Black Ops 6 meta is the rapid fire mod. This attachment will significantly increase your fire rate, enabling you to eliminate any enemy with just 4 or 5 bullets. In terms of sight, using Merlin Mini is convenient.

Attachment Area Attachment Name Attachment description
Muzzle Compensator Less vertical recoil.
Under Barrel Marksman Foregrip Allows you to hold your breath while aiming for less recoil.
Rear Grip Commando Grip Boost the speed of aiming down sight. Sprint to fire speed.
Mods Rapid Fire Improves fire rate.
Sight Merlin Mini Improves accuracy.

By leveraging the advantage that the Overkill Wildcard provides, you can incorporate a second primary weapon into your loadout.

In this case, to be able to take advantage of the large amount of fire rate that you will have with this weapon, it is convenient to be able to make a quick change with another one that has similar effectiveness.

That is why, as a secondary weapon, you have to equip the Jackal PDW. This is one of the most-used SMGs in the game and will allow you to eliminate any enemy that approaches you quickly from a direction you were not considering.

This submachine gun also has a high fire rate, so it allows you to eliminate enemies quickly and without losing rhythm.

The perks will be a combination of the three available types: Enforcer, Recon, and Strategist. In the enforcer type, you will use Double-Time, which allows you to run longer without getting tired. In the case of Recon, you will use the perk Tracker, which allows you to see enemy footsteps.

This ability automatically marks enemies while you aim at them, but it has a long cooldown. To complete this loadout, the last perk you will need is Fast Hands from the Strategist class.

This perk will enable you to switch between your weapons more quickly, which is ideal given that you have two primary weapons. Another benefit is that you have more time to throw back an enemy grenade.

These three perks are designed so that with this loadout, you can move all over the map. All of this while finding new enemies and also helping your team by marking them on the map.

Perk Name Perk Type Perk Description
Double-Time Enforcer Sprint more time without tiring.
Tracker Recon Allows you to see enemy footsteps and marking automatically. It has long cooldown.
Fast-Hands Strategist Swap between weapons faster.

Having two primary weapons enables you to switch between them quickly, eliminating the need for frequent reloads. The high fire rate lets you kill enemies quickly and move on to the next one.

Use the Semtex grenade for lethal equipment, as it adheres to any surface. Given the mobility of your loadout with tactical equipment, you can use the flashbang to blind enemies before eliminating them.

Since you are constantly on the move, you may consider using the Sleeper Agent for your field upgrade. This equipment will temporarily disguise you as an enemy, allowing you to accumulate a few kills before they realize it.

To close out with this loadout, the Scorestreaks you require will be basic and straightforward; first, you will want to equip the UAV. This will reveal the partial location of your enemies and where there are gunshots on the map for a limited time. This Scorestreak will cost 600 points.

The Sentry Turret can be redeemed for 1000 points to deal damage from a specific point. Positioning this weapon correctly allows you to eliminate numerous enemies, ultimately leading to the destruction of the turret.

Finally, if you manage to accumulate the necessary 1100 points, you can use the Watchdog Helo. This helicopter will roam the map for a considerable amount of time while it kills any enemy it sees. Additionally, it automatically marks them at their locations. You can also check out three recommended loadouts for the SMGs in Black Ops 6.

The Best Loadout With the Model L in Black Ops 6

An image of the Model L in Black Ops 6.
The Model L has virtually no recoil and incredible accuracy.

In the scenario where the Model L assault rifle serves as the primary weapon, this loadout will leverage several speed-related advantages. However, it will benefit from this assault rifle’s durability and accuracy.

Its almost zero recoil is another benefit of this assault rifle. Its accuracy and low recoil are so remarkable that you can even use the Model L without a sight if you want. This loadout will be useful for practically any map. However, it will be even more effective on medium or large maps.

The handling and mobility of this weapon are extraordinary, as is its firepower. One of the few disadvantages of this loadout is that this assault rifle is quite slow to reload. But overall, it is one of the most solid assault rifles in the current Black Ops 6 meta. The Model L will use five attachments with this loadout.

Firstly, you will need the long barrel, which will increase your damage range. For the underbarrel area, you will need the vertical foregrip; this attachment will increase your horizontal recoil control. Next, you will need the extended magazine, which will increase the capacity to 40 bullets per magazine.

For the rear grip, you will need the Quickdraw grip; this attachment allows you to aim faster. To complete the attachments, you will need to add the light stock. This will improve the overall mobility and speed of the weapon, as well as providing more hip-fire speed.

Attachment Area Attachment Name Attachment description
Barrel Long Barrel Increased damage range. You will not appear while firing in the minimap.
Under Barrel Vertical Foregrip Improves horizontal recoil control.
Magazine Extended Mag I Max bullet capacity 40 bullets.
Rear Grip Quickdraw Grip Improves aiming speed.
Stock Light Stock Better hipfire movement speed. Increase in movement speed in general, and improved strafing movement speed.

As for the perks, this particular loadout will be fully focused on the Enforcer type. The three perks you will use are Double-Time, Assassin, and Scavenger. The Assassin perk allows you to see on the map with a specific and particular mark the enemy who is on a kill streak.

If you manage to kill them, they will drop a special reward that will give you bonus points to reach your Scorestreak faster. On the other hand, Scavenger allows you to grab equipment and ammunition from the bodies scattered around the map. The same-class perks give you a bonus to regenerate health and move faster.

Perk Name Perk Type Perk Description
Double-Time Enforcer Sprint more time without tiring.
Assassin Enforcer Allows to see an enemy in the map with a kill streak. Killing this enemy will grant you bonus points.
Scavenger Enforcer Resupply equipment and ammo from killed enemies.

With this loadout featuring the Model L, you will use the Tactical Expert Wildcard. This will grant you access to two tactical equipment items, specifically the stim shots. These will allow you to quickly recover health and composure, so you can keep shooting without interrupting your rhythm.

For lethal equipment, it is recommended to use the Semtex grenade. The Model L will be the primary focus of this loadout, but if you need an emergency backup, consider the Strider.22 pistol as a secondary weapon.

Tip

This loadout is focused on accuracy with very little recoil.

With plenty of ammunition bonuses, your assault rifle rarely runs out of bullets. To complete the class, you can use the assault pack as a field upgrade to obtain an additional ammo bonus.

For the Scorestreaks, you can utilize the Counter UAV, which has the ability to completely block the enemy’s map, earning you 700 points. Then, the Interceptors, for 1250 points, will pass twice over the map, bombing your enemies and leaving several bodies in their path.

Finally, for 1400 points, you have H.A.R.P. This Scorestreak will allow you and your teammates to see the literal position of enemies for a limited time. If you can make the most of this last Scorestreak, you will easily be able to rack up an absurd number of kills in a short time.

The Best Loadout with the As Val in Black Ops 6

An image of the As Val in Black Ops 6.
The As Val is the fastest and deadliest AR in Call of Duty Black Ops 6.

Many veteran players of the multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 consider this, the last assault rifle unlocked, to be the best weapon in the game.

Despite being an assault rifle, the fire rate of this weapon is absurd, and it has extraordinary mobility and handling, making it a lethal weapon in close- and mid-range combat.

Its superb accuracy and handling make the AS Val stand out among assault rifles. Its damage output isn’t very high, but it is more than enough to deal effective damage with the high fire rate the weapon has. This loadout will solely concentrate on speed, accumulating kills without interruption.

And if you are skilled enough to take advantage of all its benefits, it might help you activate the Nuke. The specific loadout for the AS Val will be focused on equipping six attachments; since only five are allowed, you will need to use the Gunfighter Wildcard. This allows you to add three more attachments.

To start, you will need to use the suppressed long barrel; this particular loadout won’t need sight to work well. This attachment, in particular, will increase your damage range and also keep you off the minimap when firing.

To further increase the accuracy of this weapon, you will use the Vertical Foregrip under the barrel. This will also give you more control over the weapon’s horizontal recoil.

To compensate for the fact that it only has 20 bullets in its basic magazine, you will need to use the extended magazine 2, which increases the capacity to 40 bullets. For the rear grip, you will need the Commando Grip.

Tip

It is recommended to kill two enemies and reload to take advantage of speed of the weapon.

This attachment will increase aiming speed and the speed it takes you to go from running to aiming, greatly boosting your general reaction speed.

Continuing to focus on speed, for the stock section, you’ll choose the no-stock option. This will enhance the weapon’s mobility in a variety of ways. One of the few drawbacks of this weapon is that it has a rather considerable recoil.

Therefore, the final attachment in the fire mod section will be recoil springs. This attachment will give you more control over vertical and horizontal recoil.

Attachment Area Attachment Name Attachment description
Barrel Suppressor Long Barrel More damage range.
Under Barrel Vertical Foregrip Improves horizontal recoil control.
Magazine Extended Mag II Max bullet capacity 40 bullets.
Rear Grip Commando Grip Boost the speed of aiming down sight. Sprint to fire speed.
Stock No Stock Better hipfire movement speed. Increase in movement speed in general, and improved strafing movement speed.
Fire Mods Recoil Springs Improves the vertical and horizontal recoil control.

This class will once again utilize all perks associated with the Enforcer type. In this case, you will use Scavenger, Assassin, and Bankroll. The goal of this loadout is to quickly rack up kills and reach your most expensive Scorestreak.

This is where Bankroll comes in, allowing you to start each life with a 150-point bonus. Of course, since they are all of the same type, you will once again have the Enforcer bonus activated.

Perk Name Perk Type Perk Description
Bankroll Enforcer Start with a bonus of 150 points for the Scorestreak.
Assassin Enforcer Allows to see an enemy in the map with a kill streak. Killing this enemy will grant you bonus points.
Scavenger Enforcer Resupply equipment and ammo from killed enemies.

For lethal, you will use the regular fragmentation grenade, and for tactical, the stimulant injection. This final piece of equipment primarily ensures that you maintain your momentum and continue to score kills while in motion.

For the secondary weapon, you will also use the Strider.22 pistol. To ensure you have more bullets available, you will need the assault pack as a field upgrade.

The speed and versatility of the AS Val are the primary focus of this loadout. The extended magazine barely affects the reload speed, enabling you to kill enemies, reload, and continue moving to accumulate the necessary kills.

It has a rapid fire rate, and even though its firepower isn’t very high, it will take only a few bullets to kill an enemy. To complete this loadout, the Scorestreaks you will use are the UAV, Watchdog Helo, and H.A.R.P.
