The handbrake is around the graveyard hidden inside a toolshed. Players must take down the reanimated groundskeeper to grab the key to unlock the toolshed.

The water pressure gauge needs some backtracking like grabbing a valve from a flower shop and proceeding to the local bowling alley with a water pressure panel on the side wall. Attaching the valve to the side will trigger a horde until the water pressure gauge drops to the ground.

Lastly, the electrical wires can be found at the electronics shop with a Mangler cannon to open the locked cage. Once they are in, they can grab the electrical wires from the ground. With all the necessary parts in the inventory, players can return to the motel with a GobbleGum machine and craft the weapon on the second floor.
