Finding all the audio log locations in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s Hunting Season mission can be a fun challenge if you want to complete the ‘Insight Advancement’ achievement.

It doesn’t help that you’re tasked with doing this among a bunch of other objectives, not to mention how each of these audio logs is guarded by some fearsome foes.

That’s right; these audio logs are scattered throughout enemy encampments and gathering them all rewards you with a unique calling card.

All Hunting Season Audio Log Locations in Black Ops 6

The Hunting Season audio logs are cleverly hidden across four enemy encampments that you can find on the TacMap, all accessible as you advance through the mission.

To begin this mission, you’ll need to complete the Most Wanted objective and progress to the next region. Once you’re there, destroy the Scud Launcher and you’ll be rewarded with the TacMap, which becomes your best friend when figuring out where are the audio logs in Black Ops 6.

Each crate containing a log is protected, so you’ll need to clear out the enemies and pick the lock to claim your reward.

Ruins Audio Log Location

One audio log is located within the Ruins Enemy Encampment, positioned northeast on the TacMap near the Ridge Outpost. This area is heavily guarded by powerful enemies.

Take down the enemies to gain access to the locked chest in the center structure. Inside, you’ll find the audio log along with a DM-10 weapon and extra loot.

Dune Sea Audio Log

Head southeast on the TacMap to locate the Dune Sea Enemy Encampment, near the Helicopter Crash Site. This camp has a few RPG soldiers, along with an RC-XD Engineer Elite guarding the second audio log.

Clear them out, then look for the crate near a flag-topped dune. Pick the lock on the chest here to collect the audio log, plus a Marine SP knife and some cash.

Village Audio Log

Another audio log can be found within the Village Enemy Encampment, specifically on the fourth floor of the large central building.

This area is secured by Sniper Elites, so be prepared to face some tough enemies. Once you’ve handled them, make your way up to the building’s fourth floor to find the chest containing the audio log, an SVD, and additional cash.

Dry Lake Audio Log Location

The final audio log is located in the Dry Lake Enemy Encampment, south of the Date Farm Outpost. Look for a small structure near the lookout tower, where the last chest is waiting.

This area is patrolled by a Minigun Elite, so take extra caution as you clear the enemies. Once it’s safe, unlock the chest to collect the final audio log and some bonus loot, including a GPMG-7.

Quest Rewards for the ‘Hunting Season’ Audio Log Black Ops 6

Similar to the Emergence phone calls from another Black Ops 6 campaign mission, these audio logs shed light on some hidden details about the story and its characters.

For lore enthusiasts, it’s worth paying attention to each audio recording for some interesting details.

For everyone else, the main draw might be the ‘Insight Advancement’ Calling Card. This unique calling card is an exclusive reward for collecting all the audio logs and can be equipped by heading to your account tab in Multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies mode.
