Crews Perform Swift Aerial Drops to Curb Wildfire at Busy Malibu Intersection
Crews in Southern California swiftly tackled a wildfire that burned dangerously close to infrastructure and traffic in Malibu on November 6.
Footage filmed by Aiden Kahn shows aircraft dousing the Broad fire near Pepperdine University on Wednesday.
The fire, which began on Wednesday morning, was 98 percent contained by Thursday morning and fully contained by early Friday according to fire officials.
Elsewhere in the region, crews continued efforts to tackle the Mountain fire, which destroyed over 130 structures in Ventura County since it started on Wednesday, local media reported.
