Democracy Does its Job, Helldivers 2 Players Come up With Their Own Way to Destroy Chaos Divers

A Helldivers 2 player recently shared a strong message for all the griefers. The game is filled with toxic players who try to ruin the game for everyone else, so the community is fighting hard to take them down. This player revealed that the griefer’s actions allowed him to try out the bayonet rifle on a Helldiver without any guilt. The player shared this message for “Chaos Divers,” but it seems like they just came across a regular, pathetic griefer.

Some players in the Helldivers 2 community roleplay as Chaos Divers, a group that was formed as a form of protest against Super Earth sabotaging the equipment (nerfs). Chaos Divers primarily focus on sabotaging the Major Orders, however, they will never intentionally grief or team kill. Unfortunately, it seems like Chaos Divers are now getting categorized as griefers.

Helldivers 2 Community Is Determined To Take Down Griefers

A Helldivers 2 player on the r/Helldivers2 subreddit has explained that griefers have no effect on their squad as the idea of letting a griefer get away with it motivates them to complete the missions. The game is filled with toxic players who sabotage the missions by killing their teammates, ruining the game for everyone else.

The player sent out this message for “Chaos Divers,” but the community quickly pointed out that Chaos Divers aren’t the same as griefers. Chaos Divers have only one goal: Stop the community from completing the Major Orders.

These players want the Automatons and Terminids to invade Super Earth because Super Earth sabotaged their equipment (Arrowhead’s nerfs). True Chaos Divers never ruin the game for others by team-killing as they only want to foil Super Earth’s plans. Since Arrowhead Game Studios has buffed various fan-favorite weapons and Stratagems recently, we can expect some of the Chaos Divers to join Super Earth forces once again.

Arrowhead Game Studios Must Do Something About The Toxicity In The Game

Helldivers 2 is making a strong comeback after losing a major chunk of its fanbase, but the game is still filled with toxic players and hackers. Arrowhead Game Studios must do something about it if they wish to maintain a steady active player count. Most players have to handle griefers on their own, in fact, some even came up with a John Wick-style plan to reduce the number of toxic players.

The game does provide players with an option to kick griefers, however, it proved to be a bad decision as players started misusing it. When grief kicking became a major problem, Arrowhead rolled out a new system in the Escalation of Freedom update that put kicked players into another session with all of their team’s loot from the previous session.
