Prince Andrew Reportedly Avoids U.S. Amid Fears Of Arrest And Lawsuits Over Epstein Ties
Prince Andrew is reportedly too afraid to visit the U.S. amid renewed calls for an FBI probe into his ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
Despite denying allegations, newly surfaced emails contradict the royal’s claims of severing ties in 2010.
King Charles is also said to be getting increasingly frustrated with Prince Andrew, who still hopes for a royal comeback.

Andrew is said to be wary of setting foot in the United States amid mounting calls for the FBI to investigate his ties to the late Epstein, a convicted pedophile.
For the past six years, the 64-year-old Duke of York has remained mainly in the U.K., fearing potential arrest, civil lawsuits, or subpoenas if he travels.
Andrew’s concerns have deepened following recent revelations that he maintained contact with Epstein longer than previously acknowledged, prompting fresh demands for a criminal investigation into Epstein’s network.
“He is terrified if he goes to America, he could be arrested, face civil action or be subpoenaed,” a source told The Sun.
Once known as “Air Miles Andy” for his frequent jet-setting, the disgraced royal has drastically scaled back on international trips, only visiting Bahrain in recent years.
“Since the scandal erupted, he’s avoided his usual golf trips to Spain and other vacations abroad, opting instead to stay where he feels safe,” the insider added.
Epstein Victims’ Attorney Urges U.K. Government And FBI To Investigate Prince Andrew

Spencer Kuvin, an attorney representing Epstein’s victims, has urged the U.K. government to hand over Andrew for questioning. He argued that the monarchy should sever all ties with the disgraced duke.
“The British monarchy should be embarrassed. He should be fully separated from the monarchy and the public should never be subsidizing someone who has either such bad judgment to be friends with this man or could have been involved with him,” Kuvin stated.
He further insisted that the U.S. government should pressure Andrew to cooperate.
“The president should require his new FBI director to fully investigate Andrew’s conduct. The government should turn him over for that and demand he volunteer himself to be a part of it,” he noted.
Kuvin also called on King Charles to take action, saying, “The king should do that. Andrew should be held accountable by the monarchy.”
The Duke’s Emails To Jeffrey Epstein Fuel Growing Controversy

Andrew has consistently denied all allegations against him, maintaining that he has no recollection of ever meeting Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s many victims.
However, in February 2022, Andrew and Giuffre reached an out-of-court settlement, with the duke admitting no wrongdoing but expressing regret over his association with Epstein.
Giuffre had accused Epstein of trafficking her to Andrew and other powerful men.
Despite publicly claiming to have severed ties with Epstein in December 2010, newly surfaced emails contradict Andrew’s statement.
According to the New York Post, in late February 2011, he wrote to Epstein, saying, “Keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon.”
This message, sent just two months after he insisted their friendship had ended, was reportedly written on the same day a now-infamous photo of Andrew with a then-17-year-old Giuffre surfaced, according to court documents.
In 2020, the FBI sought assistance from the U.K. Home Office to question Andrew, but the investigation was mysteriously put on hold in 2024.
Since then, his concerns have escalated following the release of his email exchanges with Epstein, further fueling doubts about his past claims.

Meanwhile, King Charles is reportedly growing increasingly frustrated with Andrew, who still hopes to return to public life.
“King Charles III is expected to do all he can to disassociate himself publicly and to make certain Andrew doesn’t appear with any senior members of the royal family,” said British royals expert Hilary Fordwich, per Fox News.
Despite this, Andrew allegedly struggles to let go of his past status.
“Prince Andrew is pining for his previous life, although he is lucky that he can throw himself into the proud grandfather role,” noted British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard. “The royal family and the few friends he has left are sadly burdened with the negative fallout.”
The Duke Of York Has ‘Becomes So Toxic’

Andrew’s aspirations of a royal comeback appear unrealistic as he has been deemed too “toxic.”
“Andrew has become so toxic that any future attempt to reinvent himself as a working royal will fail,” said royal commentator Pelham Turner.
While there is uncertainty surrounding what may emerge from court documents, broadcaster Chard emphasized that the monarchy remains on edge.
“Without the release of substantial content within the court documents, things hang in the balance for now,” she said, per Fox News. “But King Charles and the rest of the royal family will certainly sigh as loose cannon Prince Andrew is brought into further disrepute.”
