Season 4 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone is just around the corner, with more content being added to the game. Players aren’t really asking for additional content, but they might be interested in one of the elements coming along with the BlackCell pass. The new operator has something that’ll catch his enemies off guard.

This version of Battle Pass was first introduced in Modern Warfare II and became instantly popular, despite many players flying off the handle concerning the current state of the game. The ones purchasing it will instantly unlock the BlackCell sector, along with some tier skips to make it easy for players.

Players will be taking bullets for their comrades in Season 4, but they’ll also be taking the bullets from them. Friendly fire will likely kill more than ever in the upcoming Call of Duty season. Rumor has it that the new BlackCell operator is coming with some shape shifting in the game as a part of their finishing move, reportedly called Identity Theft.

That’s not the end of the line, as killers will possess enemy skins until death, making the game harder than ever. It would be better to stick together this time instead of scattering across the map and inviting skepticism.

Indeed, the cheating issue in Call of Duty has been ramping up lately; even the famed podcaster Joe Rogan has experienced this too, as he revealed recently on his show while in a conversation with comedian Dan Soder.

So What Does the New Call of Duty Battle Pass Have in Store for Us?

The new battle pass will include a couple of exclusive operators dubbed Dupe and Copy, who will possess the skills we discussed above. Besides them, other operators will include skins associated with Soap, Pathfinder, Ripper, and more. Concerning weapons, the Holger 556 assault rifle will have a special blueprint with a death effect dubbed Necrosis.

Players should assess for themselves whether they should buy it or not. However, it does come with certain benefits, like 20-tier skips and an instant deposit of 1,100 CoD points, making the game a bit easier for them. While it’s price-heavy, players won’t be getting similar deals in other bundles.

Season 4 will kick off on May 29, 2024, with the game getting a crossover with the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam. Other than that, zombies are likely to return to the popular military shooter, with players hoping the content will be released initially, unlike Season 2.
