Fortnite’s Chapter 5 Season 3 Update has Fans Divided with 1 New Feature Bringing all the Chaos of the Early Years

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 just started and the gaming community has mixed feelings regarding the newest additions. Players have tested all the new content that the developers have to offer and the community established new opinions that Epic Games should be aware of.

Epic Games has never fumbled and the new additions are all massive improvements from the previous season. Players started to take advantage of the modified vehicles which left a terrible impression on the receiving end and hoped it would be nerfed or taken out altogether.

Every new season is a great opportunity for the developers to showcase their creativity and the vice president of Epic Games subtly hinted at the addition of modified vehicles which came to pass. It is coincidental given the theme of the current season is a dystopian setting with a touch of Fallout and the influence of the Mad Max franchise. The developers gave the mounted weapons a significant punch that could melt enemy players instantly and not everyone is thrilled about it.

The developers should consider taking a second look before the community turns on them. Skilled players could exploit this weapon and use it to pick on weaker players which can be hostile and toxic.

Although some are delighted to use deadly vehicles and prefer them the way they are. It is efficiently paired with a set of wheels for convenience.

The mounted machine guns have garnered the same opinion as the water-bending mythic from the previous season that even Doja Cat thought was way too overpowered. There is a strong likelihood that this item will be either nerfed or vaulted and players should make the most of it while they still can.

The weapons systems and efficiency in live service games are an endless abyss of problems that will need constant tweaking and oversight from developers. The season just started and could be adjusted in the following weeks.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 Is off to a Rocky Start

This season is full of exciting crossovers with Marvel through the inclusion of Magneto in the Battle Pass and the return of the Shark, a fan-favorite location from previous seasons.

There is still time for the developers to fix the problem and to make sure the efforts made will not be wasted.

Everyone has their opinions and Epic Games are not wizards that could appeal to every kind of player. Game development can be tricky and they are doing their best to keep the game afloat.

Perhaps there will be some compromises that can be made to satisfy the majority but the developers are wise enough to realize that not everyone will be pleased despite their best efforts.
