Momot said that he will be taking a day off to play Shadow of the Erdtree, something that he hasn’t done for over a decade. He was directly involved in the release of Cyberpunk 2077. This kind of declaration, coming from any type of fan, clearly demonstrates how eagerly the gaming community anticipates this DLC. Other users quickly replied to this post, joking about what Momot had just said.

FromSoftware is yet to reveal what will come next after this Elden Ring DLC is available. The studio hasn’t shared any other projects for the upcoming future; the previous game launch was Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon from last year. Several fans think that the new IP from this studio will be completely original and will not be a sequel to any popular franchise that this company owns.

This expansion will be released on June 21 for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. According to the studio, the DLC will feature a new map for players to explore with new and amazing bosses to defeat, and it will probably show a long-awaited character from the lore of this game. The company has confirmed that it will be the largest DLC that they have ever created for any game; even Hidetaka Miyazaki acknowledges that it will be huge.
