After Watching Dreadnought vs Chaos Forces AI Battle, I Want a DLC on The Old Ones

The recent war amongst NPC orchestrated by AI has feuled a desire with me wanting to see more from it. Recently, a video has surfaced on the internet featuring a battle between Dreadnought, or The Old Ones, as they are known in the Warhammer 40K lore, and the Chaos Force.

The battle was intense and a hell lot of fun, which is the major reason why the desire to see it more has risen. I want a DLC featuring the old ones, preferably letting me play with one of them as well, which would be just amazing.

A DLC Featuring The Old Ones Would Be Super Cool

If Space Marine 2 was ever to get a DLC update, I would want it to revolve around the Old Ones from the older lore of the since. It would be cool to see a DLC centred around them since they have a lot to offer and have not been explored in the scale they deserve.

This video orchestrated by Artificial Intelligence is proof that if Saber Interactive were to release a DLC featuring the Old Ones, it would be received well.

The Old Ones are an ancient, technologically and physically advanced species of cold-blooded reptilian origins or belonging to the alliance of individual advanced species. They are the masterminds behind the establishment of an interstellar empire across the Milky Way Galaxy millions of Terran years ago. They are among the oldest rules of the galaxy before any other sentient species even came to being.

They have a rich culture with a lot of potential to explore. The Old Ones are allegedly considered to be the first species to attain sentience due to their dominance on the galaxy. They were also the first to cross the enormous sea of stars, making them the first interstellar race in galactic history.

They are known as the original crafters of Webway and the creators of Aeldari and other intelligent beings of the galaxy, including Slann, Jokaero, and Kork, among many more.

All of this content accounts for a rich DLC to be developed revolving around them, and I would love to see it turn into a reality in the coming future. The Old Ones were literally the first ones to have popped up in the universe, and to explore their story would be very interesting.

Space Marine 2‘s Lore Has Untapped Potential

The lore within the universe of Warhammer 40K is immense, with a lot to offer and explore. There has been so much from the universe that has never gotten a concrete representation in the game, and it would be great to include them as DLCs in the future to keep the relevant in the years to come.

The Old Ones are an integral part of the Warhammer 40K universe with a rich cultural and historical background, which is what makes them such a great contender for getting their own DLC. I feel Space Marine 2 would really benefit from this addition.

Introducing DLCs is a great way to explore and expand on a game’s lore by giving people a taste of previously unseen material and get their juices flowing. I, for one, would very much like the same for Space Marine 2.
