ALDI recalls popular kids’ snack over allergen concerns

Parents have been issued an urgent warning amid contamination concerns in a popular children’s snack.

The Farmwood Chicken Breast T-Rex Bites (1kg) has been recalled from ALDI supermarkets due to an undeclared allergen.

Products with the best before date of 27/10/2025 contain the allergen peanuts.

“Any consumers who have a peanut allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,” the alert from Food Standards Australia states.

“Consumers who have a peanut allergy or intolerance should not consume this product.

“Consumers should return the product to any ALDI Store for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.”

The products have been available for sale across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.
