Apex Legends’ Moist Esports Team is Suing US Immigration Over a Missed Appearance (and More)

Apex Legends is still one of the most popular eSports games ever. MoistCr1TiKaL, a YouTuber, is planning to sue the US immigration department for unfair treatment, marking a new chapter in the system’s complete breakdown. His team, Moist Esports, nearly faced denial of entry into the US for their participation in the ALGS Year 4 Split 1 Playoffs, which took place in Los Angeles.

Cr1TiKaL uploaded a video talking about how he and his legal team had to go above and beyond to try to make the members of the team be able to enter the country to compete. The immigration department almost mocked them and made no effort at all to review this case.

In an unusual case that almost anyone can relate to, YouTuber MoistCr1TiKaL uploaded a video saying that he will sue the US immigrant department. Charles White Jr. has mentioned his Apex Legends team a lot. To play in the ALGS Year 4 Split 1 Playoffs competition, Moist Esports had to fly to Los Angeles to play their matches in an arena. The US government nearly denied the team members’ entry into the country, making this almost impossible.

He said that the team had to fly to the Canada border to pass some kind of interview for entering the country, but the US immigrant department denied some team members the right to enter the country again.

To enter the country and compete, Moist Esports members had to separate from the Moist Esports brand. So that’s why the competition mentioned the team as Not Moist Esports; the YouTuber will take every kind of legal action possible.

MoistCr1TiKaL revealed that there is almost no constitutional way for this agency to pay the money for the damages done; the only scenario where the legal actions will work is that the department backtracked on the decision; no other thing will happen.

In the YouTuber’s video, he said that the system is just rotten, and even by having an employee of EA talk on behalf of the team, the immigration department just denied the veracity of this employee.

Even with all the hard steps to enter and finally compete, Moist Esports could earn enough points to make it to future tournaments. He mentioned several times that his team is excellent in Apex Legends. MoistCr1TiKaL stated that he will continue to provide updates on the progress of the legal process, with the aim of reducing negligence and enhancing objectivity within this department.

This is not the first time that someone is complaining about how this department has almost no consequences for acting wrong; the constitution protects the employees, and for legal procedures, they just backtrack and never go to trial. This underscores the necessity for a reevaluation of the system. No matter what, MoistCr1TiKaL will keep endorsing the team as much as he can, even if he has to take losses.
