The Milestone upgrades are the primary road of progression in Satisfactory, and progressing through the upgrades and tiers will award you with new upgrades and possibilities. Here are all of the Milestone upgrades in order for Satisfactory.
All Tier 0 Milestones in Satisfactory
Tier 0 acts as a tutorial of sorts for Satisfactory, and can be skipped entirely if you skip onboarding. These Milestones must be completed in a set order as they are what builds up the HUB to begin your journey.

All Tier 1 Milestones in Satisfactory
Tier 1 is where your journey properly begins in Satisfactory. If you skipped onboarding, then this Tier will be available right away alongside Tier 2.
Tier 1 is concerned with getting your base and production lines up and running. It would be recommended to get Logistics completed first considering you’ll want the Conveyor parts to up your production game.
All Tier 2 Milestones in Satisfactory
Tier 2 is available at the same time as Tier 1, although offers more advanced and expensive Milestones. It’s worth only diving into Tier 2 properly after being done with Tier 1.

Tier 2 focuses on unlocking more items to craft, as well as providing you with the infrastructure to build and process them. There are also some more recreational items on offer here.
All Tier 3 Milestones in Satisfactory
Tier 3, along with Tier 4, will unlock simultaneously upon completing Phase 1 of the Space Elevator. This will mark the beginning of the Space Elevator progress, which will become your primary objective.
Tier 3 introduces vehicles and advanced foundry recipes. It also deals with Pipelines, something you may want to get sooner rather than later.
All Tier 4 Milestones in Satisfactory
The Milestones of Tier 4 can be completed in conjunction with Tier 3, although you’ll only be able to tackle some of these Milestones after specific Tier 3 Milestones have been researched.
Tier 4 in Satisfactory introduces the Hypertubes, which will dramatically help your operations. Things are getting pretty complicated here, but understanding everything is key for the future Tiers.
All Tier 5 Milestones in Satisfactory
The moment Phase 2 of the Space Elevator is finished, both Tier 5 and Tier 6 will become available. You know the drill.
