As you slowly defeat waves of enemies in the Helltide, you’ll slowly grow your Threat meter. Once it fills up completely you’ll face an onslaught of enemies alongside a Hellborne boss.

Defeating a Hellborne earns you 35 Wolf’s Honor, which is a decent bounty to collect after tackling a difficult boss. There are also smaller yet strong Elite enemies and bosses throughout the Helltide that can earn you around 10 Wolf’s Honor upon slaying them.
