Beyond All Reason, Helldivers 2 Fans are More Bothered by NPCs’ Safety Than Anything Else In-Game Right Now

If players are looking for fast-paced and chaotic gameplay, Helldivers 2 is the game for them. The game not only provides immersive and engaging gameplay but also has an excellent narrative that helps captivate the players to help liberate various planets.

However, after watching in-game footage, players seem to be worried about something, it’s not about the firepower, the tactical prowess, or even the survival of their characters. It is about the safety of the non-player characters (NPCs) who work alongside them.

Players Want Helldivers 2’s Super Earth to Add One Feature

In Helldivers 2, Super Earth gives players various missions to complete as they are playing the role of elite soldiers. They are trained to defend humanity from various alien attacks, to help with this, players are given state-of-the-art weaponry and gear.

Yet, amongst the fast-paced missions and chaos of battle, some of the keen-eyed players have noticed an oversight from the Super Earth, the complete absence of safety equipment for the NPCs.

Recently, a Reddit User, ObieDobie, found in-game hidden camera footage, which showed the footage of NPCs working on machines (wielding) near explosive ammunition but they didn’t have any safety equipment like glasses or even harnesses. This really annoyed the whole community as they are now demanding to add safety gear for these citizens.

(Hidden camera footage) Our welders have absolutely no safety equiments. Isn’t this a gross OSHA violation?!?! This is happening in every one of our Super Destroyers. Please contact proper authorities so we can prevent possible accidents in the future.
