Blade of Miquella DLC Can Undo the Horrifying Damage of Shadow of the Erdtree

Elden Ring: Blade of Miquella DLC will have the opportunity to set some things right that Shadow of the Erdtree did not manage to do well. This imaginary DLC will have the opportunity to explore some lesser-explored areas within the lore, especially that of Malenia, who is by far the character with the most depth in the game.

Her story needs to be put into more focus than it already is, and she for sure deserves a DLC of her own that will tell us about all the things that transpired before things began to go south.

Only If Elden Ring: Blade of Miquella Could Become A Reality

If Blade of Miquella were ever to materialize, then it would be a great addition to the Elden Ring universe. The Shadow of the Erdtree DLC was bashed for having a weak ending that the players were bummed about as it failed to do justice to the lore of the game and even undermined some of the greatest bosses in the game, including Radahn.

Radhan was turned into a mind-drone slave in both the base game and the DLC. Given his backstory, he deserved better as is among the greatest warriors of ancient times, and the base game fails to do justice to his lore.

This imaginary DLC should fix a lot of what was left to be desired in the base game as well as Shadow of the Erdtree. We could finally witness Malenia’s quest to find her twin brother Miquella and her showdown with Radahn.

It would be super cool to see Malenia’s side of the story and witness the world from her perspective. A prequel to the game will be able to answer a lot of questions left to the imagination by the base game since not everything was resolved given the vast scale of the game.

Blade of Miquella Could Be A Prequel To Elden Ring

This imaginary DLC could be a prequel that reveals more about the one true lord, Radahn and gives him more depth and character. We could also see how the great battle between Malenia and Radahn went down and how all were affected by it.

Simultaneously, we could also get more information about the Scarlet Rot, how it became such an integral part of Malenia’s abilities, and what exactly happened with her brother along with the blind swordsman who taught Malenia how to fight.

Malenia is by far the most difficult boss in Elden Ring, and she has a lot to offer if one were to dig through her side of the story. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.
