Shire of Boyup Brook councillor Philippe Kaltenrieder has been charged with indecent assault.
Cr Kaltenrieder appeared at the Manjimup Magistrates’ Courthouse on Thursday morning, facing one count of unlawful and indecent assault stemming from an incident on August 29.
