- Wings of Vengeance features new events and game modes to celebrate the Lunar New Year
Call of Duty Mobile is set to kick off 2025 with the debut of its first season for the year. Titled Wings of Vengeance, it’ll celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year with a bevvy of special events and new game modes, all launching very soon on January 15th! So, what’s included? Let’s dig in and find out!
To start we’ve got a brand new map in the form of Chase. Set to test your parkour skills this virtual-themed map will test your reflexes and navigation abilities, challenging you to cross the finish line first in solo and multiplayer. And if you need to hone your shooting skills why not have a go at Carnival Shootout, complete with another new map?
And if you’re looking for something a little bit heavier, how about the new Tank Battleground, where you and 7 other players battle it out against another team in tanks! That’s on top of the upcoming Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day events that are right around the corner.
Take to the skies
Naturally, you’ve also got a new battle pass to complement this season, with new operator skins, weapons, calling cards, and Call of Duty points to spend elsewhere. You can also nab the new Mythic Operator skin for Sophia, the new Mythic weapon the XM4 and a whole lot more!
I don’t think it’s controversial to say that Call of Duty Mobile is, er, not particularly like the Call of Duty that I remember. With all the gubbins, greeblings and other over-the-top cosmetics you can nab, I think that virtual landscapes and fancy new weapons are the least strange thing. But ho-hum, this is what the people want!
But if you’re jumping in for the first time, don’t miss the chance to get a boost by trying out some of our list of constantly updated redeem codes for Call of Duty Mobile.
