Death Stranding 2 Isn’t Even Out Yet and Some Believe It’ll Annihilate the Likes of Hellblade 2
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is on top of the wishlist of the gaming community and the wait is worth it. The original game was a masterpiece and was one of the most realistic-looking video games ever made and it is only prudent that expectations for the sequel are through the roof.
Guerrilla Games extended a helping hand to director Hideo Kojima and granted him access to the DECIMA engine. Projects that used this game engine looked stellar and with the extra horsepower packed into the PlayStation 5, the sequel could be the best the shiniest game ever made.
The Gaming Community Cannot Wait for the Visual Eye-Candy That Is Death Stranding 2: On the Beach
Director Hideo Kojima made the best decision for his career as a game developer by going independent and establishing Kojima Productions as an independent studio. Starting a company from scratch wasn’t easy, fortunately, people had faith in the director and paved the way for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, the original game, OD, and future original projects.
The gaming community could not believe that the visuals of the first game were from a video game which is a testament to how far the technology has come and how advanced and powerful the DECIMA engine can be. The early previews showcased the beauty of the sequel and fans are confident that it will be the best-looking game ever made for this console generation.
Death Stranding 2 will probably be the best-looking game ever made

There is a slim possibility that Sony Interactive Entertainment and Kojima Productions could team up once more and collaborate on a new special edition of a rumored Pro model for the PlayStation 5. The PlayStation 4 generation had one for the original game and a Pro model could give the players the best experience to play the game next year when it drops.
Awesome engine, but I hope they will enable RT lighting cuz imo this is where for example the Horizon games are a little weaker than the overall picture.

The gaming community is excited to see how far the game director will push the engine.
Kojima Will absolutely use 110% out of this engine

Other fans are optimistic that the DECIMA engine should be shared with other game developers.
@Pandelela_R I wish the DECIMA engine was available to more developers. Its SO much better than the trash UE 5.0 engine…

The DECIMA engine is much more popular among fans than other game engines.
Not a lot of video games that can deliver life-like visuals and some fans are already saying that the sequel will blow whatever Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 achieved out of the water. It is a new age and game developers are one step closer to reaching visuals and character models that are on point and identical to real-life environments, and some are even better looking than most.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 Finally Has Some Competition in Regards to In-Game Visuals
The visuals are a bonus and a powerful asset to deliver the story that Kojima has cooked up in his mind. There is no telling how far the developers have come since the release of the first game half a decade ago and they could have only scratched the surface of the potential of the DECIMA engine.
Other notable public figures in the game industry have made random appearances in the first game and all resemble their real-life counterparts. Some fans expect to see other game directors like Sam Lake after he visited the offices of Kojima Productions where he could have been scanned for the sequel.
The lines between video games and reality are now starting to blur, especially with how far the technology has come. One could easily mistake one for the other and Kojima is inching towards a digital yet realistic and interactive open-world for the gaming community to explore.
Games like Hellblade 2 are a work of art and it will only get better from here. The current generation could skyrocket the video game industry to new heights through realistic visuals.
