Diddy Is Accused of Drugging Personal Trainer, Passing Him Around ‘Like a Party Favor’ to Stars

The newest lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs claims he “drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted” a personal trainer.

In court documents filed on Sunday, October 20, the alleged victim detailed how Diddy, 55, allegedly would drug him and “essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.” The paperwork, which was obtained by Page Six, claimed the incident took place at an awards show afterparty in Combs’ Los Angeles mansion in June 2022.

The unnamed man, who went by John Doe in the filing, said he met Combs through a client. Combs subsequently invited him to an exclusive afterparty where he was allegedly asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement. John Doe was later instructed to drink a tequila soda with a cranberry juice mixer, which he believes was drugged to incapacitate him.

“Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room,” the lawsuit read. “There Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities.”

The alleged victim started to “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak,” adding, “At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him.”

Combs allegedly directed the trainer to “perform oral sex on another celebrity in the room,” who was not named in the lawsuit.

“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman,” John Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, claimed in the documents. “[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body. These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.”

The lawsuit included a picture of a container allegedly used by Combs to insert depressant drug gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) into alcoholic drinks. A rep for Combs slammed the lawsuit in a statement to Us Weekly, which read, “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”

The statement continued: “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs’ reps called Buzbee’s recent lawsuits a “clear attempt to garner publicity.” Buzbee filed seven new lawsuits on Sunday while Diddy is currently being held in a detention center without bail. He was indicted in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. (The trial is set to start in May 2025.)

In the 14-page unsealed indictment, prosecutors alleged that he “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”

Hollywood’s Sexual Misconduct Scandals

“Combs relied on the employees, resources and influence of the multifaceted business empire that he led and controlled — creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice,” the indictment continued about the accusations, some of which date back to 2009.

After being charged, Diddy pleaded not guilty before being denied bail. He faces a sentence of up to life in prison if convicted.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo told Us Weekly in a statement after the arrest. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community.”

Agnifilo added: “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Diddy’s Ups and Downs Over the Years: Name Changes, Lawsuits, Home Raid and More

Diddy has since been named in dozens of lawsuits where he has been accused of sexual assault, which his legal team continues to deny. Diddy’s six oldest kids recently issued a statement of support for their father.

“The past month has devastated our family,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, October 22. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way.”
