Russian forces have hit a medical centre in Sumy in northeast Ukraine and struck again as the building was being evacuated, killing a total of eight people, Ukrainian officials say.
Ukrainian media said 86 patients and 38 staff members were in the hospital at the time of the attacks on Saturday.
