Erie County, Pa. has spent roughly $41 million in ARPA funds. Where did the funds go?

As of Sept. 1, Erie County expended $41,895,579 out of roughly $52 million in American Rescue Plan funds, according to the latest ARP financial documents obtained by the Erie Times-News.
