Footage shows six days of violence and disorder in the UK

Over the last week there have been a number of violent protests in the UK.

The disorder began the night after a stabbing attack in Southport last week in which three children attending a dance class were killed.

A false rumour that the suspect was a Muslim asylum seeker spread online and this sparked violence across multiple cities in the UK.

Since then, police have been grappling with almost nightly protests, with many of them turning violent and descending into rioting and looting.

A major flashpoint came on Sunday, when far-right protesters rioted outside hotels in Rotherham and Tamworth housing migrants.
