Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Gameplay Revealed, Switch Version Delayed
In a new trailer today, publisher Warner Bros. Games revealed new gameplay for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions with pre-order details.
Today’s new trailer breaks down single player career mode, online competitive mode, some of the playable characters, and character creation. Players can customize both their physical appearance and attire.
The trailer also teases a Standard and Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition will further include unique cosmetics for all four Hogwarts houses, and 2000 in-game currency of gold. Fans can purchase a physical copy of the Deluxe Edition on November 8, 2024.
The gameplay trailer also teases a Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin for fans who pre-order Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions on Xbox, Steam, or Epic Games. PlayStation fans can access it via PS Plus in September.
Hogwarts Legacy players will also get a Bonus Legacy Pack with even more exclusive cosmetics. That includes a Moontrimmer Broom Skin, a Sebastian Sallow hero skin, and more.
During Summer Game Fest 2024, Warner Bros. Games previously announced a September release date for all platforms.
Now, the game’s official site has updated the FAQ section, revealing the Nintendo Switch version is coming “this 2024 Holiday season.” Warner Bros. Games did not confirm a new concrete release date for the Nintendo Switch version.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will launch on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on September 3, 2024.
