Helldivers 2 Releases It’s Freedom’s Flame Premium Warbond But Fans Just Don’t Care

Helldivers 2 has been through a rough patch lately and the latest warbond is not doing the game nor the developers any favors. The gaming community became quite vocal and candid about their opinions on the online multiplayer game, it would be best if the game developers start opening their ears and listening.

The latest premium warbond was dropped and the gaming community could not care less. Regardless of new content, it will not hold a candle to what fans are after which is the entertainment factor. Live service games are plagued with various issues and fans are fed up.

The Gaming Community Is Not Falling For the Latest Helldivers 2 Content Drop

Arrowhead Game Studios is struggling to find a way to please the player base and the latest Flame Premium warbond is not cutting it. The developers dropped new content in the recent Escalation of Freedom update, some players with keener eyes than most have caught on to some of the inconsistent fire effects and status in Helldivers 2, and fans deemed it distracting.

The gaming community will likely feel discouraged from playing a game that offers inaccurate depictions of certain elements and inadvertently, takes away all the fun. Some fans have had enough of cannon fodder content and poorly executed ideas and called out the developers of Arrowhead Game Studios in the open.

Despite all the negativity and flaws surrounding the Escalation of Freedom update, some good things came with it. Hellbombs are still effective against gunship fabricators even after they are damaged as long as they are primed and set in position rigged to blow these metal monstrosities making it more convenient for players struggling to meet their objectives.

The gaming community expected more from the developers and it is high time for them to receive the quality content they deserve. It will only be a matter of time before the player base turns their backs on the game and forgets about it like so many other failed attempts by countless game developers in the live service arena.

The Developers Will Have to Try Harder to Entice the Helldivers 2 Community to Return

After recent controversies like the sudden delisting of the live service game from regions unsupported by the PlayStation Network, this breach of trust drove a wedge between the player base and the game developers. Arrowhead Game Studios was thrown under the bus and had no power over the situation.

The numbers do not lie and the active daily player count is decreasing at an incomensurate rate. Hardcore fans are struggling to meet the latest major order, especially now when they are short on manpower and players will grind harder than usual to meet the deadline.

Video games are meant to be fun; however, the game developers are doing the complete opposite by removing entertaining features and shoving in new content plagued with bugs and other issues that can break immersion. The recent update is not benefitting the game and is tarnishing its reputation.

Arrowhead Game Studios needs to step it up from here if the studio wishes to recover and bounce back. Perhaps the team will learn from this and improve because of it.
