Hello Kitty Island Adventure Getting A Physical Deluxe Edition On Switch

After spending several years on Apple Arcade, Hello Kitty Island Adventure is making the jump to Nintendo Switch and PC on March 25, and a PlayStation version is expected to release later this year. Preorders are now open for the Switch and PC versions, with both digital and physical editions up for grabs, including a Deluxe Edition packed with additional gear to kickstart your adventure.

There are currently no preorder bonuses for Hello Kitty Island Adventure. You can, however, get some in-game goodies by picking up the Deluxe Edition. But beyond that, don’t expect any exclusive rewards for reserving a copy of the game ahead of launch.

If you want a physical copy of the game, you’ll want to grab the Hello Kitty Island Adventure Deluxe Edition, which launches March 25 on Nintendo Switch. The Deluxe Edition comes packed with over 300 unique items spread across three bundles, plus the base game. That makes it substantially more enticing than the standard edition, especially when you consider it’s just $10 more. Here’s a look at everything included with your purchase:

A $50 standard edition of Hello Kitty Island Adventure is also available in digital formats on PC and Switch. It gets you the base game, featuring over 80 hours of quests and eight unique regions to explore–including an island in the sky and the depths of the ocean. It’s available on Steam and the Switch eShop. Preorders for the PlayStation version will be available at a later date.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is an expansive life sim that’s something of a blend between Animal Crossing and Disney Dreamlight Valley. The game lets players create and personalize their own avatar the use in the games single-player and online co-op modes. The game features eight explorable regions full of puzzles to solve, creatures to catch, and gardens and homes to decorate. The island’s seasons change as you play, with each season featuring its own unique quests and activities, totalling over 80 hours of content. The mobile version has proven popular with players, and the upcoming console and PC versions will give new players a chance to check out the game when it launches on March 25.
