Here’s How Long it Takes to Beat Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
When you’re eyeing a single-player adventure, you might want to know how long it takes to beat the game. After all, you’re spending hard-earned money on a full-price title; in most cases, that means dropping $70 on a new video game release. It’s a lot of money, and you want your money’s worth. So, how long does it take to beat Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
How Long is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle’s Campaign?
I wasn’t sure what I was expecting when Bethesda announced it was working on an Indiana Jones video game, especially one in first-person, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised up to this point. The gameplay we saw in November’s deep dive looked phenomenal for a story-based adventure game, and it’s said that this is developer MachineGames’ largest title to date. I’m optimistic. But, like you, I’m also curious about how long it takes to finish the entire experience. Well, you can beat Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in approximately 12 hours total.
Now, 12 hours sounds like an excellent chunk of time for a single-player adventure. It’s not too long but not too short, right? Speaking to MinnMax, creative director Axel Torvenius said the game also features approximately three hours of cutscenes. However, whether those cutscenes count toward the total runtime of the game remains unknown, but it’s likely.

Where Can You Play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
Worry not because you can play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in its entirety, all 12 hours of its campaign, on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass on December 9. If you play on PlayStation 5, you must wait until 2025 for the single-player adventure to launch.
If you’re the type of player who wants to eke out many tens or hundreds of hours from a single-player experience, then paying full price for a 12-hour campaign probably isn’t in the cards. But that’s why Xbox Game Pass exists!
