Williams is facing more than four dozen charges including robbery and aggravated assault after a guest alleged they found Williams rummaging in their car on July 27. When the guest confronted Williams, Derry Township Police say Williams slashed them in the face with a sharp object.

Later that day, the victim was notified that their credit card was used at a Target in Bucks County. A second victim later notified police that their credit card and cash were stolen from the Hersheypark parking lot and used to make over $5,600 in fraudulent purchases.

Police later said they identified a second suspect, Isabel Santos, 44, of Lycoming County, who allegedly worked with Williams to steal credit cards.

Santos and other unidentified suspects were accused of using the stolen credit cards at Chocolate World, Hersheypark, and other businesses across the area.

Police say Santos also has ties to New Jersey and is wanted on 46 charges related to theft, conspiracy, and access device fraud.

Anyone with information on Santos’ whereabouts or who has information related to the incident is asked to contact the Derry Township Police Department at 717-534-2202.
