How to Dig Up Buried Objects in Creatures of Ava

Digging up objects and treasures is a much more efficient way to obtain items than crafting consumables and items in Creatures of Ava. If you have noticed those muddy mound nodes with the earthy icon, there is a way to dig up the buried treasure. Here’s how to dig up these objects and treasures in Creatures of Ava.

How to Dig Up Treasures in Creatures of Ava

In the Tamüra grasslands, buried objects are marked with an earthquake or mound icon. The only way to dig them up is to tame or soothe a Tama creature and connect with them. You need to unlock and use a flute to tame and connect with the Tama.

To soothe a Tama, you need to play the tune or melody of the Tama so they switch to a friendly state and follow you around. Pull out your flute and wait for the Tama to sing its melody. Copy the melody, and you’ll be able to connect with them.

Once you have connected with a Tama, you can use their Earthquake ability to target the mound and retrieve the treasure. Disconnect from the Tama and then pick up the treasure. Make sure to pet the Tama for a job well done.

For every mound, even the ones hidden behind caves, there’s always a Tama nearby. If the Tamas aren’t near, there is usually a way to get them to the area. The game is designed this way, and you cannot find a mound without a way to get the buried object.

What Are Inside These Buried Objects in Creatures of Ava?

These buried objects are mostly consumables. Apart from crafting potion consumables like Healing Brews, Stamina Brews, and Agility Brews, you can get them by getting these buried objects. Since crafting takes up a lot of materials, these buried objects become more worthwhile farming if you constantly use your consumables when adventuring.

Luckily, the digging mechanic doesn’t involve any puzzle-solving problems, so they are completely optional.
