How To Find Clues For The Superweapon in Sonderzüge Sabotage in Sniper Elite Resistance

Sonderzüge Sabotage is the third mission in Sniper Elite Resistance, and its “Search for Clues on the Superweapon” objective gave me nightmares. After some soul-searching and actual searching, I finally found what you’ve come here for.

Sniper Elite Resistance isn’t shy about letting you struggle. Whereas many RPGs give directional indicators and objective markers galore, Rebellion’s shooter isn’t always so generous. Yes, it tells you roughly where to go, but lots of the time you need to seek out the answer with detective work.

The “Search for Clues on the Superweapon” Sonderzüge Sabotage task can be quick or painful. Mine was the latter, as I spent ages running around the labyrinth of the level’s hotel. But the answers now await you below, along with tips and tricks to get the clues.

Where Is The First Superweapon Clue in Sonderzüge Sabotage Hotel?

The first Superweapon Clue I found in Sonderzüge Sabotage was underneath the hotel in Sniper Elite Resistance.

You’re going to notice a big difference in where to find both clues here. Let me explain further with a set of instructions you need to follow:

1. Head to Sonderzüge Sabotage’s hotel in the middle of the map.
2. From the main entrance at the front, go forward toward the reception desk.
3. Now, go to your right, and you can drop down the elevator shaft into a new area.
4. Walk forward and turn right down some stairs leading you deeper underground.
5. Turn right again at the bottom, and walk through the open doorway.
6. You should see the objective marker, and if you walk toward it, you can take a picture of the Nazi’s plans—and this is the first clue done.

Where Is The Second Superweapon Clue in Sonderzüge Sabotage Hotel?

The second Sniper Elite Resistance Superweapon Clue is on the top floor of the hotel and requires platforming to get there.

This is the part of the mission that left me stumped. I felt silly at how long it took me to figure it out, but we live and we learn. Again, check out these handy steps to save you a lot of time and wandering around aimlessly in Sniper Elite:

1. Return to the hotel’s reception area. Keep going up flights of stairs until you get to the third floor.
2. Walk around the floor until you reach the elevator with supplies inside.
3. Opposite the elevator, there’s an open window along the wall.
4. Climb out and hang from it.
5. Shimmy onto the drainpipe and start climbing up.
6. Reach the balcony, and head on in to gain access to the fourth floor.
7. Walk around, and you come to a locked door requiring either a Satchel Charge or Penthouse Key.
8. Inside the room is the second and final clue on a giant desk in the middle of the room.
