How to Get the Age Of Order Ending

Wondering how to get the Age of Order ending in Elden Ring? This guide will walk you through all the steps required to mend the Elden Ring and become the Elden Lord but with a twist.

Following these instructions will help you get to the end of the game while meeting all the requirements to get the Age of Order ending, one of the multiple endings needed to get the Platinum for Elden Ring.

This is one of our longer Elden Ring guides as the quest ends nearly at the end of the game, but we’ll give you all the Elden Ring help you’ll need to finish this without too much trouble.

How to Get the Age of Order Ending in Elden Ring

To get the Elden Ring Age of Order ending, you must touch the fractured Marika statue at the end and choose the “Use Mending Rune of Perfect Order” option. Getting this Rune requires finishing Goldmask and Brother Corhyn’s questline.

You meet Brother Corhyn very early on, as he’s one of the NPCs at the Roundtable Hold which you can reach easily with this method.

Because of how this quest works, we recommend you have an Intelligence-based build, or gain the respec ability and have a few Larval tears on hand to gain enough Intelligence points for a certain part of the quest.

You can talk to him to buy Faith-based Incantations. Later on in the game, when you cross into the Altus Plateau, Corhyn will tell you he’s leaving the Hold to find Goldmask, one of the most revered followers of Golden Order fundamentalism.

You’ll find him next at the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace. Goldmask is also at the Altus Plateau, staring into the sky atop a broken bridge near the Forest-Spanning Great Bridge. Speak to him, and then return to Corhyn to tell him about Goldmask’s whereabouts.

Resting at a Site of Grace will cause Corhyn to move to Goldmask’s location. Speak to him there to learn more about Goldmask. Your work is done here for now until you progress more into the game.

Continuing Brother Corhyn and Goldmask’s Quest

After helping Corhyn meet Goldmask, you need to have access to Leyndell to progress their quest. You must defeat two Shardbearers to be permitted to explore Leyndell, and the easiest ones are Godrick at Stormveil and Rennala at Raya Lucaria Academy.

Once you have Leyndell access, you’ll find Corhyn and Goldmask together on the east of the Colosseum, facing the Erdtree. Talk to Corhyn and exhaust his dialogue.

Now, we need to obtain the Law of Regression incantation before we can proceed. Go to the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace and get onto the balcony on the east side. Go up the tree roots to the next floor, leave through the door in front of you, and jump onto the roof on your left.

If you run ahead, you’ll see a broken window you can enter. Jump inside and take an immediate left. Proceed across the tree roots to the throne being held up by chains, and pick up the Golden Order Principia book.

Give this book to Miriel at the Church of Vows, who will learn its contents and teach it to you. You can give it to Corhyn too, but Miriel does not move or die at any point of the game from any quest progressions, so they’re your safest option to give any books.

Buy the Law of Regression incantation (10,000 Runes) from them and equip it. Now, you need 37 Intelligence to use the incantation.

If you don’t have enough, either wear clothing that boosts your Intelligence or change your build via Rennala as a temporary measure for the next part of this quest.

Finishing the Steps for the Elden Ring Age of Order Ending

Teleport to the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace and go down the elevator. Follow the stairs down to its base: You’ll know you’re in the right place if you find a message that says “Regression.“

Face the statue of Radagon in front of you, and cast the Law of Regression incantation. The statue will transform, and a new message will appear slightly ahead of where you were standing.

You must read it before returning to Goldmask at the Colosseum. Exhaust his dialogue, then do the same with Corhyn. The two will move to the bridge south of the Stargazers’ Ruins, located about the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace.

Go through both of their dialogue. Then, you can take a breather from the quest until you use the Forge of the Giants and finish doing the Crumbling Farum Azula area by defeating Maliketh. This is a point of no return in the game, so make sure to explore to your heart’s content before using the Forge.

Goldmask will now be at Leyndell, Ashen Capital, west of the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace. Interacting with him here will give you the Mending Rune of Perfect Order.

The quest is done at this point, but you can do a few extra steps for some more loot. To obtain Goldmask’s Set, reload the area to pick it up from where he stood.

Then, go to the base of the Bolt of Gransax in Leyndell, Ashen Capital to find Corhyn. Go through all of his dialogue and reload the area to find his Bell Bearing, Robe, and a Flail.

Now, proceed through the game as normal. Since you’ve defeated Maliketh, all that’s left is to fight Godfrey in the same area as Morgott, and then challenge the final boss after entering the Erdtree. Then, follow the steps mentioned earlier, using the Mending Rune of Perfect Order when prompted.
