Since the minimum level recommended to explore Neon is 5, you should be able to go there from the start. If you’re still using the Frontier and haven’t upgraded it, reaching the location in one gravitational jump may not be possible. As a result, it might take a lot of fuel to reach Neon early on.

To craft it, you’ll need access to Stimulants and Chasmbass Oil, which can be obtained from Chasmbass, a fish only available in this area. If you try to smuggle Aurora into other regions outside of Neon, it will be considered contraband, and you could get into trouble with the law if caught.
