In-N-Out Burger eyes new Middle Tennessee location. Here’s where
In-N-Out Burger is looking into opening a restaurant in Mt. Juliet, according to Mayor James Maness.
The West Coast-based brand is considering an area on the northeast side of Golden Bear Gateway and Interstate 40, Maness said.
In-N-Out will need Mt. Juliet planning commission approval, including a waiver for design standards, Maness said.

Costco recently opened a membership store on the other side of Golden Bear Gateway, across from the area In-N-Out is exploring, which Maness believes provides “an anchor tenant there to generate that interest we wanted for so long,” he said.
