Man killed outside of Visalia bar named by family
VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The man who was shot and killed outside of Visalia bar over the weekend has been named by his family in a GoFundMe page.
On Sunday around 1:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Main Street for a report of a shooting.
Three shot, one killed outside downtown Visalia bar
When they arrived, police say they found three shooting victims outside of Rookie’s Sports Bar and Grill. Two of them were not seriously injured, but one of them passed away. The man who passed was named by his family at a GoFundMe fundraiser as Angel Rudy Salazar.
Now, the family is setting up a GoFundMe for everyone who wishes to help them but have not been able to meet.
“His smile always brightened a room, his lil catchy phrases will always make us laugh. As a Wonderful Loving Son, Brother, Father, Co-Worker and Friend. He will always be cherished in our hearts and our minds,” reads the GoFundMe page.
