Mandurah mayor Rhys Williams will nominate for Labor preselection in the safe seat vacated by long-term MP David Templeman.
In a statement to The West, Mr Williams — considered by many in Labor circles to be Mr Templeman’s successor in waiting — confirmed he would nominate for the seat.
