Camilo suggests that the RPG has already surpassed 20 million copies as of September 2024, with the majority of the sales coming from China. The gaming analyst estimates that around 20% of the title’s total player base will purchase the upcoming expansion.
It’s worth keeping in mind that the developers for the game still haven’t officially unveiled a DLC or talked about its development status. Rumors suggest that two expansions for Black Myth Wukong have been planned, with the game’s Xbox Series S/X version right around the horizon.
