Pewdiepie was seen criticizing Somali based on his recent video with a friend, where he was seen disrupting the peace of local citizens and causing havoc on the streets by shouting racial slurs and behaving inappropriately with the local people in Japan, where Pewdiepie currently resides.

Somali had found himself in a tough situation after harassing the local people and spreading culturally offensive remarks in Japan. He was also fined 200,000 yen for creating a scene in a restaurant in Japan. He is infamous for things like these. This was not his first time, which made him the center of attention and a target for the local authorities.

In a video titled, Youtubers are ruining Japan, Pewdiepie talks extensively about the controversial content of a lot of people who are disrupting the peace of local people in Japan.

Somali’s name outshines amongst the most notorious content creators there. Following a series of many notorious incidents, he was eventually deported from Japan. Sharing his opinion on the matter, Pewdiepie said:

He’s been yelling ‘Fukushima, Nagasaki, we will do it again’, and then he’s like ‘I can’t believe they actually treat me like I’m terrorist’… Yep, so he got arrested and now he got deported. I don’t know if he’s banned for life or anything like that but it would be really difficult for him to enter again, which is good, get him out!

Somali has now found himself in even deeper trouble in Korea, where he has now been jailed for 10 years for multiple crimes, including disrespecting the religious sentiments of local people there. Even after getting deported from one country, he did not learn from his mistake and repeated the same mistakes in another country that did not take his actions lightly.

Hurting the cultural sentiments of a country and disrupting the peace of local people for the sake of content should not be appreciated anywhere in the world. It is Youtubers like these who give a bad name to people who actually want to practice it as an art form.

Maybe his jail time gives him enough time to reflect on his mistakes and help him realise all the things he has been doing wrong. This is also a lesson for all other disruptors of peace out there who feel like they can get away with anything in today’s time.

Somali’s arrest and serious jail time should be kept alive as a symbol for years to come so that people do not take things lightly. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.
