Another project has fallen victim to WA’s nickel industry crisis, with the Brisbane company behind a $460 million battery materials refinery hub in the Goldfields putting it on indefinite hiatus.

Pure Battery Technologies had been planning to build a precursor cathode active material — pCAM — hub at the Mungari industrial park west of Kalgoorlie-Boulder in the Shire of Coolgardie.
