Route 11/15 reopens after fatal crash involving minivan and tractor-trailer
PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A fatal crash between a minivan and a tractor-trailer temporarily closed a portion of Route 11/15 in Buffalo Township this morning.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a person in the minivan was killed in the accident that occurred around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. It’s unclear whether the deceased was a driver or passenger.
PennDOT says the crash caused a vehicle fire and the entrapment of one or more individuals inside.
There is currently no information regarding the cause of death of anyone inside the minivan.
Both Route 11/15 Southbound and Northbound have reopened, as of 4:32 p.m., per PennDOT.
