Sam Barnett has been fined $2500 for an assault occasioning bodily on his former lawyer and business associate Greg Maher.
The former Premier’s wayward son appeared in Joondalup Magistrates Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to the assault, which occurred at a petrol service station in Greenwood on January 29.
